Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6 years as a BSA, specifically within Financial Services or the Credit Card/Payments domain.
- Tools: Mastery of requirements management software (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Data Skills: Strong ability to write and interpret SQL queries for data validation and mapping.
- Methodology: Proven experience in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall SDLC environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IS, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
