*Key Responsibilities**
Architecture Design & Strategy
Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations.
Evaluate and select appropriate Experience Cloud frameworks, including LWR (Lightning Web Runtime) and Aura templates, based on performance, scalability, and SEO requirements.
Design and implement secure external user access models utilizing:
External Identity
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Account Relationship Data Sharing
Apex Managed Sharing
Establish governance standards, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud deployments.
Define scalable architecture patterns that support future growth and business objectives.
Technical Leadership & Development
Develop high-performance, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for LWR environments.
Implement personalized customer experiences using:
Audience Targeting
Salesforce CMS
Dynamic Content Delivery
Design and build scalable automation solutions using:
Headless Flows
Asynchronous Apex
Platform Events
Troubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize application performance.
Data & Integration Architecture
Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver unified customer experiences.
Design and maintain integrations with enterprise applications including:
ERP Systems
AWS Services
Marketing Cloud
Third-Party Platforms
Develop and manage REST and SOAP API integrations using Named Credentials and secure authentication methods.
Ensure data quality, security, and governance across integrated environments.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure scalability, maintainability, and Salesforce governor limit compliance.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and executives to define technical roadmaps.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical solutions and user stories.
Lead technical discussions and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
*Required Qualifications*
8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
3+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture experience.
Strong expertise with:
Salesforce Experience Cloud
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex Development
Salesforce Security Model
REST/SOAP Integrations
Salesforce CMS
CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience implementing SSO, External Identity, and complex sharing models.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, and scalability.
Experience presenting technical solutions to executive leadership.
*Preferred Qualifications*
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
Experience with AWS integrations and enterprise-scale digital experience platforms.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
