Technical Program Manager – ERP

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (ERP) to lead the delivery of a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. The TPM will be responsible for overall program planning, governance, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery through go-live and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP program planning, execution, and governance.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, system integrators, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Drive executive communications, program status reporting, and steering committee meetings.
• Oversee testing, data conversion, integrations, cutover, deployment, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business and technical workstreams.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and proactively resolve issues and dependencies.
• Ensure program milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Experience managing system integrators, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Strong cross-functional team leadership and program governance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing complex enterprise technology programs through implementation and go-live.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the retail industry, preferably fashion/apparel.
• Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
• Experience with Lectra Kubix is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
