Title: MES Program Manager

Location: Plano TX

Role Description:

• 10+ years of total experience with CPG program management skills for multi-site global deployments.

• Development of MES solutions and hands-on MES experience (preferably GE Proficy MES) with SQL, Historian, OPC and OT-ERP integrations.

• Proven global customer-facing ownership including executive updates, steering committees, contract/SOW governance and benefit realization.

• Strong command of customer KPI frameworks (OEE, schedule adherence, MTTR) and delivery metrics (SLA, defects, CSAT).

• Program execution using Waterfall, Agile SAFe stage gate, Azure DevOps and DevOps CI/CD concepts.

• Solid understanding of Manufacturing Operations Management with shop-floor systems integration with MES.

• Plan and track budgets, SOWs, invoices, change orders and resource utilization.

• Act as single point of contact for the customer throughout the engagement.

• Run weekly/monthly governance meetings covering RAG status, KPI performance, RAID logs and benefits tracking.

• Create and maintain Program Charter, Operating Model, RACI and Governance Calendar.

• Define, baseline and track customer KPIs and TCS delivery/strategy metrics such as SLA compliance, defect leakage, MTTR/MTBF, schedule/effort variance, utilization, attrition, automation benefits, manufacturing-led AI initiatives, CSAT and compliance audit scores.
