SAP DTS Lead

Location: Seattle, WA – Hybrid
Pay Rate Range: $80-85 per hour (Can be extended if candidates are strong for below JD) 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP DTS Lead to lead Demand-to-Supply (DTS) business process design, SAP S/4HANA configuration, solution delivery, and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, and Quality Management, along with strong consulting, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to business teams on the appropriate use of SAP functionality.

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes within the Demand-to-Supply (DTS) workstream.

  • Design to-be business processes based on SAP DTS global templates, industry best practices, and business requirements.

  • Lead and participate in SAP design sessions, blueprint workshops, and solutioning activities.

  • Configure and maintain relevant SAP S/4HANA components, including:

    • Production Planning (PP)

    • Production Scheduling

    • Production Orchestration and Execution

    • Quality Management (QM)

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive functional and solution documentation.

  • Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful solution delivery.

  • Mentor team members on technology, architecture, solution delivery, and application best practices.

  • Lead solution discussions and provide technical and functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Present different technology and solution options, including their benefits, risks, and trade-offs.

  • Support knowledge transfer and ensure project teams remain current with relevant SAP trends and technology advancements.

  • Drive successful teamwork and establish a shared sense of direction across project teams.

  • Support implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities as required.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and Demand-to-Supply (DTS) processes.

  • Strong functional knowledge of Production Planning (PP).

  • Experience with Production Scheduling.

  • Experience with Production Orchestration and Execution.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM).

  • Experience with SAP business process analysis, design, and configuration.

  • Experience conducting SAP blueprint workshops and design sessions.

  • Strong understanding of SAP global templates and implementation best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to interact effectively with C-level/CxO stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership and team mentoring experience.

  • Ability to articulate and present different points of view on technology and solution approaches.

  • Strong knowledge-transfer and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
