Product Manager – Commercial / Wholesale Payments

Location: New York, NY (5 Days Onsite)

We are hiring hands-on Product Managers (10–12 years’ experience) for a fast-paced commercial/wholesale payments platform team.

Must Have:

• Deep experience in commercial / wholesale payments
• Strong knowledge of payment rails: ACH, Wires, Cross-border FX, Push to Card, banking rails, PayPal-like flows
• Experience with merchant-facing portals (refunds, reversals, reporting, analytics)
• Exposure to internal ops tools & workflows
• End-to-end payment lifecycle experience (merchant → reconciliation → payouts)
• Strong PRD, user story, and UAT ownership experience
• Comfortable working directly with developers in 2-week Agile sprints
• Excellent communication skills (mandatory)

Nice to Have:

• Scalable platform-level payments experience (Amazon/Walmart/Expedia-type environments)

Not a Fit If:

• EMV / hardware / terminal payments background only
• Checkout optimization or consumer top-of-funnel only experience
• Pure strategy / oversight PM
• Not willing to work onsite in NYC
