JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: SFDC QA Lead

Client: Genentech

Location: San Francisco, CA (Locals preferred)

Mode: 100% Onsite

 

Role Summary

We are looking for a strong SFDC QA Lead with expertise in Salesforce testing, automation, and integrations, along with strong leadership capabilities in conflict resolution, coaching, and mentorship. The role involves driving QA strategy, ensuring quality delivery, and leading a high-performing QA team.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Own end-to-end testing lifecycle including functional, integration, and regression testing
• Drive test automation initiatives including UI, API, and data automation
• Manage and resolve team conflicts, ensuring smooth project delivery
• Provide coaching and mentorship to QA team members to improve performance and skillset
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for quality delivery
• Validate Salesforce integrations with external systems (API, middleware, ETL)
• Ensure data integrity and data automation testing across systems

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC) QA / Testing
• Proven leadership as a QA Lead managing teams
• Expertise in:
• Automation Testing (Selenium, Provar, or similar tools)
• Integration Testing (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Data Automation & Validation (SQL, data migration testing)
• Strong skills in:
• Conflict Resolution
• Coaching & Mentorship
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tool.
