Location : Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Integrated Toolchain Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program, particularly within a complex manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, architecture, implementation, integration, and governance of the program’s integrated toolchain.

The role will connect SAP Cloud ALM, SAP LeanIX, JIRA/JIRA Xray, Tricentis TOSCA, and Signavio to provide end-to-end traceability from business processes and enterprise architecture through delivery, testing, defects, and deployment.

Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations – Greenfield and/or Brownfield
Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
Strong experience with SAP LeanIX – Enterprise Architecture repository and metamodel
Experience with JIRA / JIRA Xray
Experience with Tricentis TOSCA and test automation
Experience designing or implementing an Integrated Toolchain (ITC)
Strong understanding of SAP Activate and SAFe
Experience with large-scale SAP transformation programs
Manufacturing/Supply Chain transformation experience preferred
Exposure to Signavio + LeanIX + Cloud ALM integrated landscapes
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Toolchain Strategy & Architecture
Define the overall ITC vision, architecture, integration strategy, and roadmap.
Establish end-to-end traceability across business processes, enterprise architecture, backlog, testing, defects, and delivery.
Design integration blueprints and ensure consistent data flow and governance across tools.
Tool Setup & Integration
Lead configuration and implementation of:
SAP Cloud ALM
SAP LeanIX
JIRA / JIRA Xray
Tricentis TOSCA
Drive integrations such as CALM ↔ JIRA and LeanIX ↔ JIRA/CALM.
Enable traceability from business process → architecture → requirement/backlog → test → defect → resolution.
Governance & Operating Model
Define tool ownership, administration, governance, and support models.
Establish standard workflows, templates, naming conventions, taxonomy, and data standards.
Ensure data quality, access governance, audit compliance, and change/release controls.
SAFe & Program Integration
Align the toolchain with SAFe delivery constructs, including ARTs, PI Planning, backlogs, objectives, and dependencies.
Support cross-ART dependency management and program-level reporting.
Provide dashboards and KPIs for PMO and Solution Train leadership.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop integrated reporting for:
Delivery and backlog health
Velocity and program progress
Test coverage and execution
Defect trends and leakage
Architecture/application dependencies
Leverage Cloud ALM for operational and delivery visibility.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Enterprise Architecture, PMO, QA/TCoE, Basis, Security, Functional, Technical, and Business teams.
Work across global teams and system integrators.
Conduct tool onboarding, training, and adoption workshops.
Drive standardization and sustainable adoption across the program.
Preferred Background
Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
Manufacturing or complex enterprise transformation experience
Experience working in multi-vendor/global delivery environments
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
Strong governance, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience driving enterprise tool adoption and standardization
