Job Title: Technical APM

Location: Chicago, IL (On-Site)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical project management role
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development systems engineering andor IT infrastructure
• Experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects and leading cross functional teams to successful completion
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall with the ability to adapt to different team needs
• Ability to create and manage detailed data conversion project schedules resource plans and risk management strategies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a focus on practical and scalable solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
• Research and properly evaluate sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability
• Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data
• Train assistants and other members of the team how to properly organize findings and read data collected
• Basic Card Domain knowledge
• Should be able to effectively communicate with leadership influence without authority and drive initiatives across multiple areas
