Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Core Solutions Architect and Product Engineer with deep expertise in cloud native architectures, product centric design, and Agentic AI ecosystems. This role is responsible for defining and driving enterprise architecture strategies, enabling AI first transformation, and building scalable, platform driven solutions across digital and enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Google Agentic AI ecosystem, enterprise integrations, and product architecture, along with the ability to align business goals with advanced AI driven solutions and modern technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own end to end product and technology architecture aligned with business capabilities and enterprise strategy.
Design and implement large scale, distributed, cloud native architectures using modern design principles.
Architect and govern Agentic AI solutions including autonomous and semi autonomous agents for enterprise use cases.
Leverage Google Agentic AI ecosystem including Gemini models, Vertex AI, and agent frameworks for enterprise solutions.
Define reference architectures using Agent Development Kit, Model Context Protocol, and Agent to Agent communication patterns.
Drive modernization initiatives to transition legacy systems into composable, platform driven, and AI enabled architectures.
Define integration strategies across enterprise systems including CRM, order management, billing, inventory, payments, and identity platforms.
Implement API led, event driven, and streaming architectures for scalable integrations.
Embed AI driven capabilities such as personalization, analytics, experimentation, and automation into digital products.
Lead proof of concepts, pilot programs, and production rollouts of AI driven solutions.
Facilitate architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, data scientists, and DevOps teams for solution delivery.
Ensure solutions meet non functional requirements including scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
Apply business value driven architecture principles to measure ROI, adoption, and business impact.
Mentor teams and establish architectural best practices across cloud, AI, and product domains.
Manage stakeholder communication and influence decision making at executive and technical levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
12+ years of experience in architecture, product engineering, and enterprise solution delivery.
5+ years of experience in product centric architecture and platform based delivery models.
Proven experience working with large scale enterprise systems and complex integrations.
Experience leading cross functional and multi vendor teams in enterprise environments.
Technical Skills
Deep expertise in Google Agentic AI ecosystem including Gemini models, Vertex AI, and agent frameworks.
Experience designing Agentic AI architectures including autonomous agents and intelligent workflows.
Hands on experience with Agent Development Kit for agent orchestration and governance.
Experience implementing Model Context Protocol for context management and secure interactions.
Strong understanding of Agent to Agent communication patterns and workflow orchestration.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
Strong knowledge of API led, event driven, and streaming architectures.
Experience with enterprise integration across CRM, billing, inventory, and partner ecosystems.
Familiarity with industry standards such as TMF, MEF, ITIL, IETF, and IEEE.
Understanding of Customer Business Value Architecture principles for measuring outcomes.
