Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Program manager to manage and
govern various program initiativesThe role involves working closely with
business stakeholders of various programs and work with the technical and
functional teams.
Must Have Skills :
• End-to-end project leadership for Oracle SCM implementations /
rollouts / upgrades (Cloud and/or EBS), owning scope, schedule,
budget, and delivery outcomes
• Strong Oracle SCM domain understanding across key processes such
as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), plus core SCM
modules (examples include OM, PO, INV, Costing, Manufacturing/WIP,
BOM).
• Governance, RAID, and stakeholder management: executive updates,
steering committee cadence, proactive risk/issue management,
dependency tracking, escalation handling.
• Delivery execution across SDLC phases: discovery/workshops, fit gap, solution design, build/configure, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live,
hypercare, transition to support.
• Onsite client leadership with proven ability to coordinate cross functional onshore/offshore teams (functional, technical, testing,
data migration, integration).
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the integrated program plan with milestones,
workstreams, and phase gates; manage schedule/budget baselines and
change control.
• Establish governance rhythm: daily/weekly project reviews, RAID
reviews, executive/steerco reporting, and delivery health metrics.
• Drive project scope management and ensure traceability from
requirements → design → build → testing → deployment artifacts.
• Act as the primary onsite point-of-contact for client stakeholders;
facilitate decisions, remove blockers, and manage expectations.
• Run workshops / discovery sessions / “show & tell” demos to accelerate
alignment and buy-in with business users.
• Own executive communications: concise status, risks, mitigations,
financials, and help-needed items.
• Lead cross-functional design discussions for Oracle SCM business
processes (O2C, P2P, inventory, costing/manufacturing execution as
applicable).
• Ensure functional and technical teams produce quality deliverables
(solution design docs, setup docs, functional specs, test strategy,
training approach).
• Own the testing strategy (SIT/UAT), ensure defect triage governance,
entry/exit criteria, and readiness signoffs.
• Lead cutover planning (mock cutovers, rollback strategy, runbooks),
coordinate go-live checkpoints, and manage hyper care stabilization.
• Coordinate data migration plans (master/transactional), conversion
mock cycles, reconciliation, and business validation.
• Manage integration dependencies across upstream/downstream
systems; coordinate middleware/vendor teams and end-to-end
integration testing.
• Lead a blended team (functional/technical/testing/data) and drive
execution discipline, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
• Track resource utilization, resolve capacity constraints, and ensure
timely staffing for critical phases (SIT/UAT/cutover).
