• Strong z/OS / IBM Z mainframe background
• Hands-on migration from CA Endevor / other SCMs to IBM DBB / Git / IDz / IDD (DevOps Deploy / UCD)
• Experience with competitive / ISV SCM and DevOps tools being replaced, especially CA Endevor
• Strong ability to analyze, convert, validate, troubleshoot, and train during migration projects
• Strong TSO/ISPF, JCL, USS, REXX
• Working knowledge of Git, YAML, Groovy, repos, branching, pipeline/build debugging
