Required Skills & Qualifications

• Domain Expertise: 1–3+ years in consulting or business analysis specifically within Payments, Cards, or Money Movement.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 8583/ISO 20022 standards and payment authorization/settlement logic.
• Compliance: Familiarity with PCI compliance, NACHA rules, and chargeback/dispute processes.
• Analytical Stack: Proficiency in structured problem solving, data analysis, and technical documentation (APIs and integrations).
• Professionalism: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an EST environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
