Title: Agent 365 Identity & Security Specialist

Agent 365 – Identity & Security Specialist

Responsible for securing Agent 365 deployments by managing Microsoft Entra ID identities, access controls, and Conditional Access, while ensuring compliance using Microsoft Defender and Purview. Troubleshoots authentication, permission, and security issues related to non‑human/agent identities across M365.

 

Role Descriptions: We are looking to onboard an experienced Microsoft 365 Governance Security Compliance Architect to support enterprise AI agent deployments under the Agent 365 initiative.

As discussed earlier for this role| we require a candidate with strong architectural expertise in Microsoft 365 security and compliance who can help design and secure enterprise grade Copilot and AI agent deployments.

Experience Requirements

5 years in Microsoft 365 Security Compliance

Architecture level experience in solution design (mandatory)

Mandatory Skill Areas

Candidate should have hands on knowledge and architectural understanding of

Microsoft Purview capabilities including

oSensitivity Labels

oData Loss Prevention (DLP)

oCommunication Compliance Policies

oDSPM for AI

Data protection concepts (Data at rest and in processing pipelines)

Securing AI agents built using

oMicrosoft Copilot Studio

oAzure AI Foundry Pro Code

Microsoft Entra Information Protection

Enterprise attack surfaces that need to be secured to protect AI agents

Key Focus Responsibilities

Agent Identity Access Control

Guide customers in assigning Entra Agent IDs| configuring permissions| and setting up Conditional Access policies for agents.

Security Compliance Support

Advise on applying Microsoft Defender threat protection and Purview data governance to Agent 365 deployments (e.g.| DLP policies| audit logging for agents).

Issue Resolution

Troubleshoot login authentication failures| permission errors| agent identity lifecycle management issues| and compliance check failures related to agents.

Specialized Skills Expertise

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) app registrations| OAuth permissions| Conditional Access for non-human identities.

Familiarity with Defender for Cloud Apps and Microsoft Purview compliance controls (classification| DLP| audit logs) as they apply to M365 services.

Security Identity Troubleshooting experience (token issues| tenant configuration| license assignment).
