UX/UI Designer
- Job Title: UX/UI Designer
- Location: Onsite – Phoenix, AZ
- Client: American Express (Amex)
- Implementation Partner: IBM
- Duration: 1 Year+ Contract
- Pay Rate: $50–$55/hr C2C
- Experience Required: 6+ Years
- Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Virtual)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment.
- Strategic Design: Proven ability to create Service Blueprints—looking beyond the screen to understand the entire service ecosystem.
- Prototyping: Expert-level skills in Figma and other industry-standard prototyping tools.
- AI Knowledge: Preferred experience designing for AI-driven products or features.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating process, wireframes, and final high-fidelity visual designs is required.
