We are actively hiring 2 experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants with strong expertise in Core HR, Time & Labour (OTL), and CloudHCMAppSense implementations and support. This is a closeable position with an immediate interview process.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✔️ 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience
✔️ Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Core HR, Time & Labour (OTL), and CloudHCMAppSense
✔️ Experience with configuration, implementation, and production support
✔️ Strong understanding of HCM business processes, security, and data management
✔️ Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable HCM solutions
✔️ Experience with HCM integrations, reporting, and data migration activities
✔️ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills

Key Responsibilities
✅ Configure and support Oracle Fusion Core HR, Time & Labour (OTL), and CloudHCMAppSense solutions
✅ Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver functional solutions
✅ Provide implementation, enhancement, and production support activities
✅ Troubleshoot system issues and recommend best practices for process optimisation
✅ Support data management, security configurations, and integrations across HCM applications
✅ Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
