We have an immediate opening for an experienced PowerBuilder Developer.

📍 Location: Baltimore, MD
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite weekly)
🛂 Visa: H1B / GC / USC

Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience with PowerBuilder 10.5 / 11.5 / 12.5 and Appeon PowerBuilder
• Expertise in PowerScript, PFC, NVOs, DataWindows, and OOAD concepts
• Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, Sybase ASE, DB2
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, WCF, XML Web Services
• Experience integrating third-party tools, OLE objects, and Mainframe Emulator into PB applications
• Strong SQL scripting and stored procedure development experience
• Experience with Git, TFS, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular is preferred
• Experience working in enterprise environments across finance, insurance, child welfare, or government sectors

Technical Environment:
PowerBuilder 10–12.5, Appeon PB 2017/2019, Oracle 11g/12c/19c, PL/SQL, ASP.NET, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SOAP, Git, JIRA, TFS, Sybase ASE, Windows Server, Perl, TOAD, Visual Studio, COBOL.
