Key Requirements

• Strong Meraki SD-WAN experience.
• Strong experience with Aruba Switching and Wireless.
• Experience with physical racking and stacking of network equipment.
• CCNP or CCIE certification preferred.
• 8–15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing large enterprise networks with 10,000+ nodes.
• Strong expertise in Cisco-centric environments.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture and design.
• Advanced troubleshooting and L3/L4 support experience.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and support.
• Experience with capacity planning and network optimization.
• Experience with network security, monitoring, and infrastructure projects.

Role Description – Must Have

Project Planning & Coordination

• Project planning and execution coordination.
• Task tracking, status reporting, and project progress monitoring.
• Follow-up with internal and external teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Coordination with downstream teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Client communication, requirement clarification, and status reporting.
• Risk identification, issue resolution, and dependency management.
• Meeting facilitation, action item tracking, and stakeholder management.

Oracle Agile PLM

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM.
• Experience playing a Technical Lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of PC, PPM, and PQM modules of Agile PLM.
• Experience implementing enhancements using Agile SDK.
• Strong understanding of PLM business processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Agile PLM installation.
• Experience with WebLogic Server setup and administration, including:
  • Configuration of Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Load balancers.
  • Related system integrations.
  • Secure, scalable, and highly available environments.
• Experience in the support area and knowledge of change management.
• Strong experience handling integrations.
• Well-versed knowledge of Java, Web Application Development, and Web Services.
• Good communication skills.

Support & Process Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently on Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
• Ability to understand and adhere to GxP and Change Management processes.
• Ability to independently understand user requirements and implement solutions.
• Strong issue-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Essential Skills

• Strong Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with infrastructure, security, middleware, and IAM teams.
• Understanding of Network, Firewall, SSO, WebLogic, and Okta technologies.
• Ability to drive discussions, track action items, and ensure closure.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar project management tools.
• Strong enterprise network architecture and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure and network environments.
• Strong understanding of network security, monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.

Good-to-Have Skills
