Dear James,

Thank for the information share. I also would like to provide my acknowledgments to all CornerstoneJS authors and contributors. The library is of chief importance to our research work (see BreastScreening, MIDA and MIMBCD-UI projects).

Any suggestion for migrating from v0.7.2 of cornerstoneTools to the v4.0?

I know that is completely different. But we need to move forward and give this step finally. We are using an extremely old version of the library, remounting the cornerstoneDemo time.

Hey Francisco,

I personally only started working on cornerstoneTools at about the 2.X era, so I'm not sure myself I'm afraid. I know 2.0 purged jQuery as a dependency. It might honestly be quite an undertaking dependent on how developed your ecosystem is around 0.7.2. It might be best to download and play with the demos and analyse how much would need to be changed.

Perhaps someone who has lived right through from pre 1.0 will be able to give you a better answer.
