Best slice rotation

Hello everyone,

I need to display an instance that has the following cosine vectors:

       rowsVector = [ 0.99762378314969, 0.06767995658104, 0.01289227564399 ]

       columnsVector = [ -0.0536657271334, 0.64600261486801, 0.76144639424909 ] 

The OHIF viewer shows the image with the “FAL” letters on the top of the image.  What is the right way to display the image to the user?  Should the image be rotated to show the “HPR” letters on top?

The normal vector of the slice is [ 0.0431997048, -0.7603194502, 0.6480936922 ].

The slice is from a series with modality MR.
