Reference lines not showing in OHIF Viewer

As you can see in the screenshot below reference lines not showing in OHIF Viewer ....is there something I'm missing as I'm new to OHIF viewer

Reference lines require image plane metadata. Specifically, your images need to have:

- rowCosines

- columnCosines

- frameOfReferenceUid

- imagePositionPatient

and these must be returned from the metadata provider when this (https://github.com/cornerstonejs/cornerstoneTools/blob/master/src/referenceLines/renderActiveReferenceLine.js#L18) is called.

There are many reasons why your setup / images may not appear to have this metadata.

How are you providing metadata / images to OHIF?

I'm using the OHIF Viewer standalone installer from here with Orthanc as the image source.
