Using OHIF as Standalone Viewer

I noticed that the 1.x version has a "Standalone" option.  Wondering if there is a way to package up OHIF 2.x on a CD or USB stick along with a folder containing DICOM images such that it can be used as a standalone viewer for viewing studies ?

I noticed that https://v3-demo.ohif.org/local has an option to view folders, but I presume that is running on a server.
