Problem with thumbnails running OHIF viewer with orthanc

Hi -

I'm having trouble seeing thumbnails with the OHIF viewer with Orthanc on an Ubuntu machine. Pretty much everything works with the exception of thumbnails in the series view. 

The following works just fine:

• I can push DICOM to Orthanc.
• The studies are on the study list
• I can view the studies. 

But - when I click the series button - I see a sequence of blue boxes with the word 'Loading' in them.

In the web browser console (I've slightly changed the UIDs and hostname just because I'm paranoid :-) ):

this occurs near the start of the session:

iron_core.js?hash=eb27a7e…:84 Route dispatch never rendered. Did you forget to call this.next() in an onBeforeAction?

This occurs repeatedly (once per series?):

I don't see anything else that looks odd.

I'm using the latest Docker instance of orthanc - I have tried earlier versions as well (1.1 and 1.2). 

Meteor was invoked with this command:

ROOT_URL=http://xxxx.partners.org:3000 METEOR_PACKAGE_DIRS="../Packages" meteor --settings ../config/orthancDICOMWeb.json

and in ../config/orthancDICOMWeb.json I replaced 'localhost' with the name of the server. Other than that - it's what is in github. I've installed it on two different machines with identical results - what whatever mistake I've made I've been consistent :-).

Just change thumbnailRendering from wadors to wadouri in your config file.
