Unable to load both Segmentations(SEG) and Annotations(SR) together on a Single Image

Hello,

I am trying to create a custom mode which supports drawing of both segmentations and annotations which also supports rehydrating the SEG and SR objects and displaying back them on screen. 

This works fine when I have an image with either SR or SEG object. However, if I have an image which has both SEG and SR objects trying to drag and drop them on the image gives me an error. This behavior is inconsistent when there is only one image in the study, but always reproducible when I have multiple series or visit present.
