Orthanc + Ohif + Internet

Hello, I have an Orthanc pacs, and I have implemented OHIF. From the Windows Server, Ohif works fine, but I don't know how to access it from the Internet, because it runs on port 3000. I used "yarn run dev:orthanc" and from my website I call the patient from ohif. The router points to the server.
