Hi all,

Sadly, I'm new to Android (from IOS) and do not understand a few things. I've read nearly all the questions, but I still have some.

-I understand that Cornerstone is not an application, but kind of a rom. I have seen the rom list but most of the devices on that list are old. How can I obtain a rom for Nexus 7 or any other newer tablets? I sthere any forum where people do share new roms for different devices other than the one listed here?

I guess there can be several roms on a android tablet? E.g. Fırst we get the root access and apply a rom like CM 10, then apply another rom (in this case it is Cornerstone). So, is that mean I can use the Cornerstone with the default OS? Just like a patch?

I'm going to use the tablet for my car only. On one screen, there is going to be an OBD II app, in the other one where will be the google map or MP3 player. So, as long as these works, I do not mind stability problems. As I said, I'll not be using it for games, browsing etc.

Best

yes, if you are looking for a ROM for a specific device, the best thing to do is look/ask in the forums that are dedicated to that device.

No. Only one ROM is flashed on a device at a given time.

Cornerstone is very stable and in use by many people. If you have any issues, please report them in the issues at github. Good luck!

Thank you very much for your response but I really couldn't find a list in anywhere. The only list I have found is the one that you created. Most of the devices on that list are a little bit old and has a big screen. I'm looking for a 7' tablet.

Do you have any device suggestion that has cornerstone compitable roms?

The galaxy tab 7 is a pretty good bet. There are galaxy ROMs out there including Cornerstone.
