Removing Cornerstone Panel 1

As I see in Cornerstone Wiki there is 1> Main Panel  and 2> Cornerstone Panel , cornerstone panel is subdivided as below

The Cornerstone Panel further divided in to two parts, mainly known as:

• Cornerstone Panel 0 : where first default Cornerstone Panel app runs.
• Cornerstone Panel 1 : where second default Cornerstone Panel app runs.

Want to know what are the code changes to be done to have only 'Cornerstone panel 0' in Cornerstone panel i.e to have only one workspace as in Mainpanel in Cornerstone panel ?
