Is Cornerstone compatible with Honeycomb? I'm building a custom ROM
for the Toshiba Thrive, and I'd like to integrate Cornerstone if
possible. Is there a guide for how to bake this in too?

The released code supports ICS. Cornerstone could be integrated with Honeycomb. You wouldn't be able to use the patch files that we released, and would have to make any necessary changes to support the differences between Honeycomb and ICS.
