For several years, cornerhost's monthly income barely covered the cost of the servers, and I have not been able to offer the personal support that customers used to expect.

My role has been more or less to keep the servers up, collect whatever money people have paid, and hand it over to the data center. Everything else has either been running on autopilot or just not getting done.

Understandably, a large percentage of customers have cancelled, and for the past few months I've had to pay for part of the server bill out of my own pocket, which is something I can't afford to do.

I'm not sure it's possible, or even desirable, to restore cornerhost to its former levels at this point, but I would at least like to make things right with anybody who's still around, and to actually shut down the accounts for everybody who left (I stopped auto-billing credit cards ages ago, but the annoying monthly statements are still going out.)

Removing the cancelled accounts should reduce the disk space footprint to the point that I can put everything on one server, plus allow me to delete much of the support backlog. This is my main goal now, and I expect to get it done in the next week.

I'll figure out what to do about the support backlog once I can see who's actually still here.
