My partner and I pretty much finished the assignment on time, but
didn't have time to answer all of the questions, including making the
chart. How many points are they worth?

The questions are part of the assignment. If they are not finished, the
assignment is not finished. You can lose up to ten points submitting
late on this assignment (we will not allow submissions past Monday at
3:00). You will likely lose more than 10 points if you leave large
portions of the assignment unfinished.
