Dear Presidents:

Today the flyer for our upcoming Women's conference on April 29th was emailed to sisters throughout our stake. President Gentry, our Mission President, has asked that we make a special effort to ensure that new members and friends who are meeting with the missionaries are also invited to participate in our Women's Conference.

We would also like to encourage sisters to arrive at the Stake building in Owego between 8:30 and 8:50. We would like to begin promptly at 9am so that we can follow our schedule for the morning as closely as possible and allow sufficient time for each class.

That day we will also be asking sisters to sign up for 3 classes before we open our conference on Saturday morning. This will ensure that sisters know the classes that they will be attending, where the classes are in the building and the order in which they will attend their classes. Each class will be offered twice.

We appreciate your assistance with ensuring that sisters are aware of the above information as well as reminding them of the date to sign up for lunch/childcare.

We look forward to seeing you on the 29th!
