General Guidelines
o Materials and details should be in keeping with existing structures
o Additions and renovations should reflect street character
o Suggest creation of architectural review board
o Tree succession plan

Rec. plant list
o Alley beautification plan
o Pervious paving, enclosures for refuse totes, appropriate pads for
refuse totes. No backsides to buildings.

Lunsford circle
o Appropriate lighting on gazebo
o Bench arrangement
o Reduce tree canopy
o Sidewalk accessibility (currently there are very high curbs)
o Appropriate lighting on perimeter
o Expand pavement close to gazebo (to facilitate performances)
o Excessive street signage
 Walkway to River (Fitzhugh and Edinburgh)
o Needs definition
o Smaller version of brick columns with lamps in either side
o Bollard lighting along walk
 Crosswalks—wheelchair ramps need attention. Most are too steep.
