A. ATTRACT PEOPLE TO VISIT AND LIVE IN CORNHILL

B. FOSTER STANDARDS FOR PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE
• Improve Landlord Relationship -> Standards, IE- Maintain Properties
• Promote Appropriate Development and Maintenance Standards
• Enforcement of Development and Maintenance Standards
• Setting Community Standards

C. EXPAND GREENSPACE & ART ELEMENTS THROUGHOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
• Improve Public Art and Green Space
• Increase Importance on Visual Awareness and Green Space, Build on
Existing Green Space
• Green/Open Space -> Destination Spots
• Enhancing Green Space

D. ENHANCE THE PEDESTRIAN EXPERIENCE
• Design for Pedestrians Not Cars
• Safety of People vs. Cars
• Safety of Street Crossings (IE- Upper Peninsula and Exchange)
• Improve Control of Traffic and Parking
• Make Neighborhood More Pedestrian Friendly
• "Inner Loop"- Internal Circulation Route
