SAP HANA BI Security Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA BI Security Administrator to design, implement, and support security controls across our SAP HANA Business Intelligence (BI) environments. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and developers to ensure a secure, auditable, and compliant SAP environment. While primarily focused on production support, the position also includes coordinating ongoing project deployments to maintain adherence to security methodology and design principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain security across SAP HANA and SAP BI platforms, including users, roles, privileges, analytic authorizations, and system privileges
- Design and implement role‑based access control (RBAC) aligned with business roles and least‑privilege principles
- Implement and manage data masking, row‑level, and column‑level security to protect sensitive and regulated data
- Utilize SAP HANA Cockpit to support security administration, monitoring, auditing, and access‑related system health activities
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate security administration tasks such as user provisioning, role maintenance, certificate reporting, access reviews, and compliance validations
- Partner with SAP Basis, BI, data integration, and release management teams to embed security controls across analytics, replication, transport, and encryption processes
- Ensure data integration processes comply with data protection, masking, and access control requirements
- Support audit, risk, and compliance activities by providing access evidence, certificate documentation, change records, and integration control support
- Create and maintain security standards, procedures, and technical documentation
Required Qualifications

Technical Skills
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Security, SAP BI Security, or SAP HANA Administration
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP HANA security concepts, including roles, analytic privileges, system privileges, and object authorizations
- Experience with SAP HANA dynamic data masking, calculation view security, and analytic privilege‑based filtering
- Scripting experience for automation and security reporting (e.g., SQL, SQLScript, Python, PowerShell, shell scripting, or similar)
- Experience configuring and securing cross‑database access (CDA) and remote sources
- Experience managing certificates, encryption, and secure communication in SAP environments
- Working experience using SAP HANA Cockpit for security administration or monitoring
- Experience supporting HALM change lists and secure transport of HANA objects
- Understanding of SAP SLT configuration and replication security
- Working knowledge of additional data integration tools and architectures, including SAP and non‑SAP platforms, from an access control and governance perspective
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, and access governance initiatives
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Ariba Technical Consultant
Detailed Description of Services, Work Product, and Other Deliverables
Consultant will provide the following Services, Work Product and other deliverables during the term of this SOW:
· Ariba Support (eSourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Order/P20)
· Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer's business needs Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems, while working closely with COE resources to share knowledge as the technical advisor during all phases of work
· Discuss business and system requirements with internal customers; facilitate requirements gathering sessions, share system capabilities KT and recommendations, document requirements Propose best practice procedures for handling of contracts throughout its lifecycle, amendments,
· etc.
· Design and implement complex solutions for organization's Ariba installation; including upstream and downstream environments
· Assist migration and validation of data from legacy systems in to Ariba's Cloud solution Leverage expertise in Ariba Cloud integration with Procurement Systems such as SAP ERP Central Component ("ECC") and / or enterprise-wide Contract Management applications using various integration channels
· Determine client configuration requirements and implement, as requested
· Ensure adherence to Delta Change Management standards, procedures and documentation Produce technical support documentation for knowledge sharing
· Other/Miscellaneous Ariba support at the direction of SAP-COE management Engagement leader: Brian Kish
· Delta personnel level of involvement: meetings with Brian and team to review tasks and support activities. Approx. up to 5 hours per week
