Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java & Golang Developer with strong banking and financial services domain experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building high-performance, secure, and highly available applications using Java and Go (Golang) and will work closely with product, risk, and compliance teams to deliver enterprise-grade banking solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Golang

Build and manage microservices-based architectures for banking platforms

Develop and maintain RESTful and/or gRPC APIs

Work on core banking systems, payment platforms, and financial services applications

Implement secure and scalable solutions following banking and regulatory standards

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and caching mechanisms

Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices

Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, product, and compliance teams

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design decisions

Troubleshoot production issues and deliver long-term fixes

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA)

Strong hands-on experience with Golang

Experience with microservices architecture

Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and memory management

Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, JSON, Protobuf

Proficiency in SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis)

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

 

Banking Domain Experience (Mandatory)

Prior experience working in banking or financial services environments

Experience with core banking systems, payments, lending, or risk/compliance platforms

Understanding of banking regulations, data security, and transaction processing

Experience with high-volume, low-latency transaction systems

Knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure APIs

 

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Exposure to fraud detection, AML, payments, or trading systems

Experience building high-availability and distributed systems
