Required Skills:

·        SAP BI/BW4 HANA Dataflow & Architecture

·        Info-object, ADSO, Composite Provider development

·        ABAP, CDS/CDC, Transformation, AMDP

·        Reporting - BEX, CKF,RKF, Exception Aggr

·        Cloud based - SAC and or Data Intelligence

·        Performance optimization & Analyzing BI issue

 

Responsibilities

·        Provide support for SAP BW/HANA/Power BI systems

·        Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, data models, and reports

·        Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

·        Collaborate with onshore team members to ensure successful delivery of support services

·        Manage incidents and service requests within defined SLAs

·        Create and maintain documentation related to support processes and procedures

·        Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with onshore team members

·        Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support services

·        Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members

 

Skills and Qualifications

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

·        7-10 years of experience in SAP BW/HANA/Power BI support

·        Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data loads, data models, and reports

·        Expertise in SAP BW/HANA/Power BI administration and configuration

·        Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP BW/HANA/Power BI systems

·        Experience in incident management and service request management

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Knowledge of ITIL processes

·        Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
