Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
• Experience with AWS services such as:
• Amazon Web Services Lambda
• Lex
• S3
• DynamoDB
• CloudWatch
• IAM
• API Gateway
• Experience in IVR, CTI, contact center, or call center technologies
• Strong knowledge of contact flows and routing strategies
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
• Understanding of telephony concepts like SIP, VoIP, call routing, and DTMF
• Experience with CRM integrations such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
