Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy
machine learning models and AI systems to address real-world business
challenges. This role demands strong programming skills, a deep
understanding of modern ML/AI techniques, and close collaboration with
data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable,
production-grade solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for applications
such as classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, and
recommendation systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and
preprocess large datasets.
Deploy and manage models in production environments using MLOps best
practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining).
Continuously improve model accuracy and performance through
experimentation, evaluation, and iteration.
Translate business requirements into scalable ML/AI solutions and
workflows.
Stay current with emerging trends and tools in AI, ML, and data
science.
Document models, experiments, and processes to ensure
reproducibility and collaboration across teams.



Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science,
Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proficient in Python and key ML libraries: NumPy, pandas,
scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow,
SageMaker, etc.).
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical
modeling.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Hands-on experience in data wrangling, feature engineering, and
model evaluation.



Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade ML/AI
systems.
Practical experience with deep learning, NLP (transformers, LLMs),
or computer vision.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker,
Kubernetes).
Experience working in an Agile or cross-functional development
environment.
Contributions to open-source ML/AI projects, research, or technical
publications.
