Job Description:

Key Requirements(Min 12+ years of Exp): The role of  Network Architect is to do Site Survey & Analysis and Implementation of new SDWAN sites, Configure new and existing devices, perform Unit and Functional Testing for the SD-WAN network of all supported SD-WAN technologies.

  • Handon Experience on SDWAN Router Configuration, Cisco Switches, and Access Point configuration.
  • Hands-on Experience on LLD, HLD creation, and updates.
  • Strong knowledge of network designing and on Viptela SDWAN
  • Rich experience of QOS/MPLS, BGP, OSPF, L3VPN/L2VPN, BFD, SD-WAN, NetConf, NMS & OSS/BSS protocols.
  • Should have profound knowledge of OMP, DTLS, IP & other secure Internet Gateway tunnels.
  • Good experience in SDWAN Multicloud environment, Azure Express route, Cloud-on Ramp, DIA, Zone-based firewall, IPS, AMP, Umbrella.
  • Experience in SDN/NFV, SDWAN (Viptela is a must, and Velocloud / Versa is desirable) & Cisco cEdge & vEdge router onboarding to SDWAN controller.
  • Strong knowledge in Cisco SDWAN, all controller element vBond, vSmart & vManage in HA environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with LAN/WAN, routing protocols, VRRP, VRF, QoS, troubleshooting, and scripting
  • Certifications in Cisco / Juniper / F5.
  • Demonstration of CCNP/CCNP SP (CCIP)/CCIE level (or higher) knowledge (or vendor alternatives) is a must (required or comparable level)
  • Work experience on Cisco vRouter in a multi-cloud environment.
  • Wireless & SD-Access knowledge is an advantage.

 

Responsibilities:

• Configure Cisco Devices, SDWAN Cisco Edge Routers, Switches, and APs.

• Customer site Analysis. Visit customer location, capture, and prepare survey report on current Devices, location, status, and recommendations.

• Manage SDWAN Template, Control connection, PNP portal, BFD IPsec tunnel, SIG tunnel

• Work with remote technicians and install various network elements associated with SDWAN deployments. This can include, but is not limited to, various white box solutions (Viptela, Velocloud, Versa, etc.), vNFs (SDWAN, security, etc.), or other hardware components such as Cisco routers, Riverbed WAN Accelerators, Visual probes, LAN Switches, Wireless Netgates, LTE or Broadband modems, etc.

• Manage and control a Network build bridge required for device configuration.

• Assists in network troubleshooting and provides input for root cause analysis for network build-related issues.

• Meet and maintain a dialog with support teams and customers to support SDWAN Network projects.

• Accurate documentation of activation activities, notes, client communication, etc.

• Coordination of bridge calls, communication to engage resources, customers, and vendors to resolve issues.

• Provide support coordination, escalation, and troubleshooting assistance for SDWAN Network infrastructure, including Networking

• Troubleshoot various circuit types - Ethernet, T1/E1, T3/E3, BB, LTE

• Access MPLS backbone routers (Cisco, Juniper) and troubleshoot at various layers

• Ensure monitoring of Devices

• Will be required to work in different shifts (Day/Night), including holidays and weekends, as per project requirements.
