Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, integrating enterprise systems, and deploying scalable AI applications on cloud platforms.

This role requires strong programming skills, experience with modern AI frameworks, and the ability to build secure, production-ready AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of executing multi-step workflows and interacting with enterprise applications.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies, reasoning workflows, memory management, and agent orchestration for reliable AI responses.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Design AI agents capable of invoking APIs, querying databases, and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Implement orchestration logic, asynchronous workflows, exception handling, and scalable AI services.
• Develop multi-agent systems with task decomposition, state management, event-driven execution, and workflow automation.
• Deploy AI applications on AWS or Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize AI model performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Implement AI security best practices including prompt injection protection, guardrails, data privacy, and compliance controls.
• Monitor AI systems using logging, feedback loops, performance metrics, and continuous model improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of software engineering or AI development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as:
• Microsoft Copilot
• AWS AI Services (including Amazon Q/Quick Suite)
• Claude
• UiPath AI
• Strong prompt engineering and LLM orchestration experience.
• Experience building autonomous AI agents and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Embeddings
• Vector Search
• Vector Databases
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern backend development.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
