Location: Tempe, AZ or Richardson, TX (3 days on hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Implement best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.

Write clean, scalable, and reusable code with proper unit and integration tests.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in distributed environments.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

Contribute to architecture discussions and participate in code/design reviews.
