Location: 100% Remote
Rate: $40/hr on C2C (No Negotiation)

Must Have Skills:
Strong experience writing complex SQL queries for ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading)
Experience with Data Analysis, Data Profiling, and Source-to-Target Mapping (STM/STTM)
Experience supporting Data Modelers or working as a Data Modeler
Strong Healthcare domain experience (mandatory)
Healthcare Domain Expertise Required In:
Financial wellness benefits such as FSA, HRA, HSA
Member, Provider, RX, Claims, and CMS feeds
Job Responsibilities:
Perform data profiling and complex SQL analysis
Create and maintain source-to-target mapping documents (STM/STTM)
Define transformation rules and support ETL processes
Work closely with data modelers and business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into technical data specifications
