Job Description:
• Validate end-to-end business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of financial calculations and reporting.
• Coordinate testing across multiple systems and data warehouses.
• Support UAT, compliance testing, and production validation.
• Manage data quality, reconciliation, and audit requirements.
•
Key Responsibilities
• Define overall QA strategy, test plans, test approaches and exit reports.
• Establish testing standards, processes, and best practices.
• Review requirements and ensure testability.
• Identify testing scope, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordination across different teams
• Proactive on Defect triage and reporting

Preferred Certifications
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager
• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• SAFe Agile Certification
• Certified Selenium Professional (optional)
