Description Of Services:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related
field as well as equivalent work experience 3 - 5 years of experience managing
IT and/or business projects Must have experience working on large scale
projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Demonstrated knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean
methodologies Experience in converting business requirements and functional
requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria
Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve
target outcomes Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given
point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills Pension
experience preferred
Deliverables:
Gather and Document Business Requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to
identify business needs and translate them into detailed Business Requirement
Design (BRD) documents. Develop Functional Specifications Convert business
requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for technical and
product teams. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary
liaison between business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure solution
alignment with business objectives. Support and Coordinate Functional Testing
Define test scenarios, assist in test planning, and validate that developed
solutions meet functional requirements through user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure Traceability and Quality Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements
and support issue resolution throughout the development and testing lifecycle.
Collaborate to end business owner, collect requirement, convert to functional
specification and business requirement document Collaborate with technical team
for product backlog preparation, fine grain task generation, dependencies
identification
