Overview / Project Details

We are seeking an Atlassian Cloud Administrator to support the Enterprise Solutions team. This role will focus on administering and supporting the Atlassian suite, including:

  • Jira Software
  • Jira Service Management
  • Confluence
  • Rovo
  • Various add-ons/plugins

This position is highly support-focused, emphasizing:

  • Response time
  • Resolution time
  • Customer satisfaction

You will work with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and India (Bangalore), supporting a wide range of administrative requests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Atlassian enterprise applications
  • Monitor internal ticketing system and complete requests within SLAs
  • Create/update:
    • Projects
    • Workflows
    • Custom fields
    • Screens
    • Spaces
    • User permissions
  • Administer internal and external users (including partner financial institutions)
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Configure and maintain Jira/Confluence add-ons (including integrations)
  • Maintain internal Atlassian documentation
  • Support users via Microsoft Teams channels
  • Handle low-to-medium complexity tasks and projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum & Kanban)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Jira & Confluence (Cloud administration)
    • ScriptRunner (advanced usage)
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Atlassian certifications
  • Scripting or coding experience (Java preferred)

Additional Notes

  • Flexible schedule required
  • Must be available to support teams until midnight IST (Monday–Friday)
  • Strong emphasis on customer service and stakeholder communication

Interview Process

  • 1 round: 45-minute Microsoft Teams interview with hiring manager
