Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AEP Developer with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform to design, build, and implement data-driven digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of AEP architecture, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Launch, and Experience Event Data Models (XDM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AEP solutions including schema creation, dataset mapping, and ingestion workflows.
• Work with Adobe Launch (Tags) to set up and manage client-side data collection.
• Create and maintain XDM schemas, identities, dataflows, and segmentation logic.
• Build and deploy custom connectors using Adobe APIs and Streaming Ingestion.
• Integrate AEP with external systems such as CRM, CMS, data lakes, and other marketing tools.
• Collaborate with solution architects and front-end teams to implement end-to-end data flow.
• Write and maintain server-side scripts or functions using Adobe I/O Runtime or similar serverless tools.
• Optimize data usage for Personalization, Journey Orchestration, and Real-Time CDP use cases.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Experience with Adobe Launch, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Good understanding of XDM schema, identity stitching, segment activation
• Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs
• Experience in data ingestion using Batch and Streaming pipelines
• Knowledge of Adobe I/O Runtime, Adobe Sensei, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Analytics
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Prior experience with serverless functions, data pipelines, or tag management systems
• Understanding of data governance and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
