Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ENOVIA PLM expertise to lead and deliver complex PLM transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ENOVIA implementations, upgrades, or integrations, and preferably exposure to AI-driven solutions such as analytics, automation, or intelligent decision-support systems within engineering or manufacturing environments.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ENOVIA PLM project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate with business users, engineering teams, and system integrators to gather requirements and define solutions
- Oversee ENOVIA PLM configuration, customization, data migration, and system integrations
- Drive change management, user adoption, training, and stakeholder communication
- Track project KPIs and report status to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, security policies, and governance frameworks
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies (e.g., predictive analytics, process automation, intelligent search, data insights) within PLM or adjacent systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-implementation optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in PLM programs, specifically with ENOVIA (Dassault Systèmes)
- Strong understanding of PLM processes (BOM, change management, document management, lifecycle management)
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to AI / ML concepts, data analytics, or automation initiatives
- Experience integrating ENOVIA with ERP, CAD, MES, or data platforms
- Knowledge of cloud-based PLM deployments
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certification
