Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate application functionality across multiple platforms.
• Create, enhance, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data for Client systems including TIERS, YourTexasBenefits.com, Mobile App, and State Portal.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirements analysis, and design reviews to align test coverage with business needs.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of web-based J2EE/Portal applications.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other QA team members to identify, isolate, and resolve software defects.
• Document test results, defects, and system behavior clearly and concisely.
• Ensure applications meet Client’s quality and compliance standards.
• Provide technical support during testing and deployment phases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience with QA automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
• Hands-on experience testing web-based UI applications within complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Strong programming and scripting experience (Java, Python, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (strongly preferred).

Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience testing state or federal government applications.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Exposure to continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).

About the Role:
Systems Engineer with strong expertise in GIS technologies to support and maintain critical infrastructure systems. This role involves system administration, GIS server management, and performance optimization within a highly technical and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 including Active Directory, Group Policies, Firewall configurations, and SSL certificates.

• Manage ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server, and related web adaptors.

• Configure and maintain Load Balanced ArcGIS environments and Shared Config-Stores.

• Support and troubleshoot network configurations, NAT rules, load balancing, and IP setups.

• Publish and deploy ArcGIS Map Documents (MXD, SD, SDE, AGS, JTC files).

• Support system and application architecture, integration, and deployment for .NET-based systems.

• Optimize system performance, monitor availability, and perform patching and upgrades.

• Use tools like SCCM, SCOM, or Nagios for system monitoring and reporting.

• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ArcGIS License Manager, ArcCatalog, and ArcMap.

• Familiarity with Python, JSON, and browser developer tools.
