Job Title: Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer

Location: San Francisco, CA/Hybrid

 

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable CPQ solutions. This role will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quote-to-cash processes on the Salesforce platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of Salesforce CPQ solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers
• Develop and customize CPQ features (product rules, pricing, approvals, quote templates)
• Build robust solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
• Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and governance
• Support deployments, release management, and production support

 

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ
• Proven experience leading development teams or projects
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, and integrations
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
