Job description:
· Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams
· Gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)
· Translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements
· Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions
· Perform process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
· Strong Domain knowledge in Supply Chain
· Strong Domain knowledge in healthcare industry
· Expertise in Snowflake
· Support standardization, governance, and PMO
· Work closely with teams in Agile/Scrum delivery (sprints, backlog, releases)
· Track requirements and support UAT, sign-offs, and release readiness
· Provide status updates, executive summaries, and reporting
· Maintain documentation repository and ensure version control
